The UK European Consumer Centre has handled 84,000 enquiries during its ten year tenure helping UK consumers maximise their EU consumer rights.  In 2016 alone it dealt with 10,000 cases. To mark its 10th anniversary the consumer organisation published an overview of how EU legislation has improved consumer protection in the last 10 years
