President Juncker and Swedish Prime Minister Löfven will jointly host EU leaders for the first EU Social Summit in 20 years tomorrow in Gothenburg (Sweden). At the Summit, the European Parliament, Council and Commission will jointly proclaim the European Pillar of Social Rights. The Pillar enshrines 20 principles in the fields of: equal opportunities and access to the labour market; fair working conditions; and social protection and inclusion.
