Gerry Kiely spoke last week to the Eastern and Midland Regional Assembly about the debate on the Future of Europe. In his speech he also touched on the importance of Ireland remaining at the core of the EU after Brexit. He said: "Brexit poses risks for Ireland but also opportunities. Yes Ireland needs to prepare for the worst on Brexit but let’s not act as if it has arrived."
