Get ready for the new Staff Matters Contact forms

Starting Thursday 20 June, Staff Contact will be integrated into a new platform. As mentioned in our recent newsletter, this update will make it easier for you to find and request support.

What are the benefits? 

The platform, powered by ServiceNow, offers several new features: 

  • Refreshed look and feel: A more intuitive and user-friendly design. 

  • Chat with support: Directly communicate with your case handler. 

  • Improved follow-up: Easily track the status of your submitted questions and requests. 

How does it work? 

The platform works smoothly with the Staff Matters portal, providing secure and easy access. 

  • Direct access: Clicking the “Contact Us” button on the majority of Staff Matters portal pages redirects to the new platform. 

  • Login requirements: Access remains secure through EU Login and two-factor authentication.  

  • Records: View all your past and current requests on the new platform.
