How does it work?
The platform works smoothly with the Staff Matters portal, providing secure and easy access.
- Direct access: Clicking the “Contact Us” button on the majority of Staff Matters portal pages redirects to the new platform.
- Login requirements: Access remains secure through EU Login and two-factor authentication.
- Records: View all your past and current requests on the new platform.
