Follow-up of the 1st CERV Civil Dialogue week
|
Four days of discussions, attended by around 1,000 organisations: the 1st CERV Civil Dialogue week has been a great opportunity to launch the new Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme by giving also policymakers, citizens and civil society representatives the opportunity to discuss how key policy priorities in the areas of democracy, rights, equality and values can be translated into concrete projects.

The 2020 Europe for Citizens Report has been published!
|
Over the past 7 years, the aim of the Europe for Citizens programme has been to contribute to citizens’ understanding of the history, values and diversity of the EU and to foster conditions for civic participation and engagement at EU level.
It is now time to say goodbye to the Europe for Citizens programme that has been incorporated into the new CERV programme and, therefore, the 2020 report represents also an opportunity to look back at its implementation during the period 2014-2020.
For more information, have a look also at our factsheet with information on the 7 years of Europe for Citizens support.

Curious to know how good, efficient and independent is justice in your country?
|
This year the Justice Scoreboard has a special focus on the digitalisation of justice and this makes lots of sense since the 2021 scoreboard looks back at 2020, the year the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, forcing European countries, private companies, public services and citizens to turn to the Internet for most activities, including justice.
