Digital-readiness at the heart of the Berlin Declaration

The Member States have signed the new Berlin Declaration on Digital Society and Value-based Digital Government on 8 December 2020 and the need for digital-ready legislation is at the heart of it!
In particular, it calls upon the EU to “Ensure through the Better Regulation framework that policies and legislative acts proposed by the European Commission are digital-ready and interoperable by default [by supporting] the exchange with Member States through a community around Better Legislation and pilot and share solutions.”
We plan to put this call to action as part of our community's activities for 2021!
