The current COVID19 crisis is teaching us many lessons in many different fields. Our November virtual breakfast will be part of the global framework of the OPSI “Government after shock event” and it will tackle what this crisis teaches us on policymaking.

In this November edition of our virtual breakfast webinars, we want to engage into a discussion around questions like: Can issuing law as code lead to more coherent and crisis-proof implementation? Could linked data contribute to better policymaking? 

To feed the exchange, we invited colleagues from across the globe to present several best practice use cases and tools.
