Dear clients of the Funding & Tenders Portal,

As most of you are probably aware, earlier this year the EU started a reflection on client centricity and precisely, how to improve and personalise your experience in the F&T Portal. The EU Commission would like to make access to our multiple funding programmes – ranging from health and culture to climate, digital and energy – easier and more engaging.

We reached out to you back in June and invited you to participate in virtual feedback sessions, where you shared with us what you like and what can be improved in the F&T Portal. Your feedback was very useful and helped us to take concrete steps forward.

We are now working on a number of improvements with the aim to improve our clients’ experience, and we would like to invite you to join us for an interactive webinar on 14 December from 10:00 to 10:45 CET. We will be happy to share with you some ongoing developments, in particular regarding the search functionality. You will be able to ask questions that will be covered in the order of appearance, and subject to the time and number of attendees. So do secure your spot as soon as you can!
