Minimum versions for Toolkit 3 and 8 as of 24 October

As of 24 October, the minimum versions of Toolkit 3 and 8 in the Drupal hosting Continuous Integration will be raised to 3.6.6 and 8.6.20. From that date, it will not be possible to deliver code with older versions of Toolkit as they are outdated and do not support the latest improvements of the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Toolkit 9 released last week is available for PHP 8.1 projects.
