You can expect a maximum downtime of 10 minutes on your site´s production environment and 10 minutes of downtime in case of rollback. We advise you not to deploy your site during the upgrade.

date:  10/09/2021

The Varnish upgrade affects all production AWS cloud environments. You can find the specific upgrade date for your site’s cluster on this Jira ticket (go to sub-tasks, select the one corresponding to your site and check the due date).

Impact on the time to live (TTL)

  • No changes will be applied to the TTL of Drupal 7 sites.
  • A cache with a TTL of 5 minutes will be applied to all other sites.
  • We plan to increase the TTL for Drupal 8 sites to 8 hours by 1 January 2022. We recommend installing the Dropsolid module by that date (documentation will be available in upcoming newsletters).
