DIGIT Support for eGrants external users (known as GMSS) and eProcurement are moving together

Within the context of the Synergies and Efficiencies Initiative, the DIGIT Support teams for eProcurement and for eGrants (GMSS) are now joining their forces under the same umbrella. They have already been sharing the support of the same products such as the new Funding and Tenders Portal. They are now going to closely work together as one integrated team for their support services as well.
The name of the new service within DIGIT is GPSS, which stands for Grants Procurement Systems Support. The new team will go on working in close collaboration with other support teams within the Commission, such as the RTD Grants Service Desk and the RELEX family Service Desks.
As of 19th December, two new functional mailboxes will be operational, one per type of users.
Please be reassured that the old addresses DIGIT-EFP7-SEP-SUPPORT@ec.europa.eu and EC-SEDIA-SUPPORT@ec.europa.eu will continue to exist for 3 months and that all emails will be redirected accordingly the new email address.

GPSS is part of the DIGIT B1 Service Management team and is led in tandem by Catherine Destrée, as Service Delivery Manager, and George Kambouroglou, as the EC Official in charge.
