Please note the Datacenter will upgrade the COMREF production database CRFDIGP.CC.CEC.EU.INT to the Oracle version 19c, this operation being scheduled for Friday 19/11/2021 at 17h30. The Datacenter has informed us that the database should be unavailable for approximately 4 hours.

Moreover, the Datacenter informed the passwords of the ComRef users on Oracle version 19c should comply with the requirements below, that’s why if it’s not the case they should be adapted prior to this migration so that the users remain operational.

• at least 8 characters
• a capital letter
• a number and
• a special character

According to Oracle team, the new name of the database will be COMREF_HR_01_P and the other technical information (cluster and port) should remain the same.

Furthermore, the aliases CRFDIGP and COMREF_P will be adapted by the Datacenter to point to the new DB migrated to the version 19c.
