How to update from Toolkit 4.x to Toolkit 8.x

To update the Toolkit to version 8.2, a regular composer require ec-europa/toolkit:^8.2 instruction is enough, although some issues can pop up depending on your project. For example, the file grumphp.yml must be updated to support the newer version of phpro/grumphp.
