We would like to inform you that we have implemented Oracle policies for improving the control and access to the data flows between different recipients.

The objective is mainly to establish an approval process through which a data owner will decide if the data under his/her ownership for ca be shared with other applications or partners.

As a result it is possible that due to the restrictions implemented  data may be missing from the views.

If you have already a data authorisation in place for a specific dataset, that currently does not appear in your views, please send us a copy of the data authorisation document listing the data in scope and we will allow the data in the views.

If you do not have a data authorisation for the specific dataset and in order to add the data in your views you will have to acquire a data authorisation from the data owner and share it with COMREF.
