The Thematic Panels serve as a collaborative platform for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers committed to preventing radicalisation and violent extremism across Europe. They facilitate the exchange of ideas, the sharing of knowledge and experiences, and the development of practical policy recommendations for Member States. Each of the seven Thematic Panels focuses on topics that reflect the EU’s prevention priorities, as agreed with Member States every two years.
Currently featuring descriptions of the Thematic Panels’ work, their objectives and core challenges, the pages will be further expanded as the work of the panels progresses. Several conclusion papers from the first round of Thematic Panels are already available on their respective pages. Each page will feature the key learnings and recommendations from its Panel as papers are published.
