Honouring the Victims of Terrorism: Highlights from the 21st EU Remembrance Day

On 11 March 2025, the EU Knowledge Hub organised the 21st EU Remembrance Day for Victims of Terrorism, held in Strasbourg. This solemn and powerful event brought together survivors, families, victim’s associations, and high-level representatives to honour the memory of victims and reaffirm Europe’s commitment to standing against terrorism in all its forms.

Marking more than two decades since the first EU Remembrance Day was held, the event reinforces the need to keep the voices of victims at the heart of efforts to prevent and counter radicalisation.
