New rules providing more accurate and transparent energy bills for consumers are now in force across the EU. The most important new provisions relate to obligations for more accurate and frequent metering of the consumed energy, more transparent billing and access to relevant information.

A series of 5 short, animated videos about various aspects of energy are now out, including on renewable energy, energy efficiency and what are the EU's energy sources. The videos are in EN but subtitled in 22 languages.
