date:  13/11/2023

Dear Sir/Madam,

Have you recently joined our EAfA mailing list, and thinking of becoming a member? Or are you an established member and keen to spread the word of the Alliance and its benefits? We are here to help you make these become reality!

We have assembled a collection of resources to support newcomers in their journey toward EAfA membership and to provide established members with tools for promoting the Alliance and encouraging new memberships.

If you’re new to EAfA…

For those just starting with EAfA, we offer an array of valuable resources to assist you in embarking on your journey to become EAfA members.

  • Top tips article: If you're considering making a pledge to the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) but are unsure where to start, explore our top tips article. We've compiled valuable guidance on crafting a successful pledge and navigating the pledge form.

  • Info Session recording: Earlier this year, we hosted an online event, called the EAfA Info Session. During this session, potential and recent members had the opportunity to discover the benefits of joining EAfA, and the support it provides. If you haven't already, we encourage you to watch the recording to gain valuable insights into the Alliance's activities.

  • Pledge form: We have revamped our pledge form to make it more user-friendly and accessible. Now, embarking on your pledge journey and committing to quality apprenticeships is easier than ever.

  • LinkedIn Group: We invite you to join our LinkedIn group to stay updated with the latest EAfA news, connect with like-minded individuals, and gain insights into the Alliance's activities and discussions.

If you're an EAfA member…

For our long-standing members, we have developed a promotional toolkit to assist you in spreading the word about EAfA and encouraging others to join the Alliance. The toolkit includes:

  • Social Media Copy: Pre-written content for your social media platforms to guide your network to the EAfA website and LinkedIn group. This content streamlines your communication efforts, making it easy to inform your audience about the benefits of EAfA.

  • Visual Assets: Engaging visuals to complement your social media posts.

  • Website Copy: Text to incorporate into your organization's website, indicating your affiliation with EAfA. This communicates your commitment to quality apprenticeships and the broader EAfA mission to your website visitors.

  • Top tips: Guidance offering valuable insights and strategies for promoting EAfA and your apprenticeship opportunities through social media.

Don't miss this opportunity to make the most of your EAfA membership and help shape the future of apprenticeships in Europe.

Kind regards,

The Apprenticeships Support Services Team
