New wave of Centres of Vocational Excellence funded under Erasmus+ 2022 call

Erasmus+ provides €400 million in the period 2021−2027 to support annual calls for Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs). The centres develop local ‘skills ecosystems’, working closely with businesses (including small and medium-sized enterprises), and contribute to regional development, entrepreneurship, innovation, industrial clusters, and smart specialisation strategies. The centres specialise in different areas of activity, from advanced manufacturing and artificial intelligence to water technology and urban greening. They can also work on horizontal issues like social inclusion and sustainability. 

The new CoVEs projects, based on the Erasmus+ 2022 call, have been selected. The projects cover a range of interesting topics from fuel cells and clean hydrogen to health technology, ecological restoration and agriculture.
