After a successful first project which enabled social partners to elaborate five joint scenarios on how the European postal sector could look like in 2030, the SDC Post has launched a follow-up project aiming at elaborating the postal characters who will exist in the 5 scenarios.

This new project funded under the social dialogue budget line “The world of work in the postal sector in 2030” (VP/2020/001/0005) aims at conceiving profiles of evolving jobs, imagining new jobs and considering those which may disappear in the postal sector of the future.

A digital platform where social partners can create their own personal avatars for virtual interaction as well as out of the box assistance and exercises will support the reflections of social partners in this very innovative project.
