Dealing with the burning issues of high labour turnover and labour shortages, UNI Europa’s RETAIN project (VS/2019/0292) organized two advisory board meetings for the care and industrial cleaning sectors bringing together multinational companies, trade unions, employers organisations, civil society organizations and investors.

They exchanged best practices and proposed policy solutions to successfully tackle high turnover and labour shortages.
