Registration Now Open: INTA’s Asia-Pacific Moot Court Competition to be Held in India in 2025

The International Trademark Association (INTA) Asia-Pacific Moot Court Competition will be held in New Delhi at The India Habitat Center on 8-9 February 2025. This prestigious event continues to promote intellectual property (IP) knowledge and skills among law students in the Asia-Pacific region. The competition is designed to expose law students to critical issues in international trademark and unfair competition law. Through the competition, students will enhance their skills in brief writing and oral advocacy by applying international legal principles to a fictional case.
