Brazil's National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), in collaboration with the National Consumer Secretariat and the National Council to Combat Piracy (CNCP), has launched a new feature in the National Directory against Trademark Counterfeiting. This platform allows authorities with police and inspection powers to quickly access contact information for representatives of original trademarks.
