In July, Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) led a delegtion to visit the authorities of the European Union and France. As part of the mission, the CNIPA delegation met with the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission (DG AGRI) to discuss the implementation of the EU-China Agreement on Geographical Indications and, in more particular, the “dispute coordination and technical examination work over its second list of GI products.”
