EUROPEAN INNOVATION COUNCIL AND SMES EXECUTIVE AGENCY - Legislative update in Argentina: “Partial Revocation” for Non-Use of Trademarks

As of 12 June 2023, the "partial revocation" for non-use of trademark registration has entered into force in Argentina. Under this provision, trademarks that have not been used within the country for a continuous period of five years prior to the initiation of the non-use cancellation action are susceptible to invalidation.
