OuestMED Événement National Algeria (09/12/2020)

Le Hub National d’Algérie de l’Initiative OuestMED organisera en coordination avec le Ministère de la Pêche et des Productions Halieutiques, un évènement national virtuel sur le « Cluster Maritime Pêche » qui rassemblera une vingtaine représentants, notamment du ministère chargé de la pêche, des établissements techniques, des entreprises, des associations ainsi que des universitaires et chercheurs.

Au cours du dernier trimestre, deux événements nationaux OuestMED ont eu lieu en ligne en Espagne et au Maroc, et un atelier consacré à l'initiative s'est tenu dans le cadre de la conférence Business2Sea organisée par Fórum Oceano. Ces événements ont pour but d'offrir points de rencontre pour les agents de l'économie bleue, l'accent étant mis sur les possibilités de coopération et de financement.

Transport durable en Méditerranée occidentale (25/11/2020)

Webinaire: Construire un secteur de l'aquaculture pleinement durable (11/12/2020)

Le 11 Décembre, le mécanisme d'assistance OuestMED promeut un webinaire sur les moyens de soutenir le transfert de connaissances et de technologies vers les pays du sud de la Méditerranée dans le domaine de l'aquaculture innovante et durable (à petite échelle). Il devrait en résulter une plus grande adoption dans le sud des projets et pratiques existants, ainsi qu'une discussion plus approfondie sur les moyens d'utiliser le financement de la coopération bilatérale de l'UE pour soutenir les développements futurs avec chaque pays du sud.

L'appel à propositions 2020 du guichet "Blue Economy" est maintenant ouvert ! Connu sous le nom de "BlueInvest Grants" du FEAMP, l'appel offre un budget total de 20 millions d'euros Cet appel présente des possibilités de financement pour les PME dans toute l'Union européenne. Vous pouvez obtenir jusqu'à 70 % de cofinancement pour votre projet, avec une contribution moyenne de l'UE comprise entre 700 000 et 2,5 millions d'euros.

Appel à propositions COSME | Technologie et PME (10/11/2020)

Cet appel à propositions vise à financer deux projets pilotes axés sur la création d'alliances entre les PME traditionnelles et les PME à la pointe de la technologie par le biais d'organisations de grappes industrielles afin de promouvoir la collaboration entre les PME et l'adoption de technologies au sein d'écosystèmes industriels spécifiques. L'objectif final de cet appel est de contribuer à une plus large diffusion des technologies de pointe dans les PME en Europe et de stimuler la reprise économique.

WestMED Algeria National Event (09/12/2020)

The Algerian National Hub of the WestMED Initiative will organise, in coordination with the Ministry of Fisheries and Fishing Productions, a virtual national event on the "Maritime Fisheries Cluster" which will bring together some 20 representatives, notably from the Ministry in charge of fisheries, technical institutions, companies, associations as well as academics and researchers.

The Blue Economy Window Call for Proposals 2020 is now open! Known as the EMFF BlueInvest Grants, the call offers a total budget of € 20 million This call presents funding opportunities for SMEs across the European Union. You can get up to 70% co-funding for your project with an average EU contribution between between € 700,000 and € 2.5 million.

COSME Call for proposals | Technology & SMEs (10/11/2020)

This call for proposals aims to fund two pilot projects focused on building alliances among traditional and tech-savvy SMEs through industrial cluster organisations in order to promote SME collaboration and technology adoption within specific industrial ecosystems. The final objective of this call is to contribute to a wider spreading and diffusion of advanced technologies across SMEs in Europe and boost economic recovery.

This webinar highlight ways forward, based on real examples around the globe, on how climate change can be integrated into MSP. The European Commission has published the first annual report on CO2 emissions from maritime transport. The report analyses the CO2 emissions and energy efficiency information of all the ships over 5,000 gross tonnage, which performed maritime transport activities related to the European Economic Area (EEA) in 2018.

100 experts gathered by the UfM to contribute to the future of the Blue Economy in the Mediterranean (27/05/2020)

More than 100 experts and representatives from international organisations participated in the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) online consultation on the future of the Blue Economy in the Mediterranean region. Taking into account the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, they provided more than 350 recommendations in key sectors such as governance, fisheries, aquaculture, tourism, renewable energies, marine litter, blue jobs and safety and surveillance.

The ENI CBC MED Programme funds 22 new projects to drive cooperation forward across the Mediterranean (27/05/2020)

The Joint Monitoring Committee, decision-making body of the ENI CBC Med Programme, has approved 22 projects under the call for strategic projects out of the 198 proposals submitted. The projects, worth €78.8 million, have the ambition to produce long-lasting and far-reaching effects, fostering significant change in key thematic fields through synergies with the main EU, national and regional policies in the Mediterranean region.
