World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Global Awards celebrates exceptional enterprises making smart use of intellectual property (IP) for commercialisation products and services while also bringing a positive contribution to society through their innovation and creativity. This year, the competition introduced several changes. Alongside the small and medium enterprises (SME) category, a new startup category was created. Among the 25 finalists in this year's edition of the WIPO Global Awards, two Indian companies have been recognised.
