EIPP success stories

Five outstanding projects published on the European Investment Project Portal (EIPP) have been selected to be promoted by the European Commission. The promotional videos will be released starting with January 2020. Who are those companies whose projects became successful thanks to the help of EIPP?

CRIAM (Portugal) is a Medtech company focused on Point-of-Care diagnostic segment. CRIAM’s portable and automatic medical device for blood typing and disease detection allows the automatic determination of human blood type in 3 minutes, being adequate also for emergencies and military situations.

Hellenic Seaplanes (Greece): via the Advanced Integrated Regional SEAplane NETwork (water aerodromes, technical bases & training centre), the first seaplane operator in Greece is developing an efficient network in Greece and neighbouring countries, connecting the islands between them and mainland coastal cities as well as the inland through lakes.

TeiaCare (Italy) has invented Ancelia, the first digital assistant for elderly facilities. Designed for nursing homes, Ancelia continuously monitors the facility’s residents to prevent the risk of being bedridden and reduce injuries and falls.

Tradimo (Denmark) offers online access to financial literacy and courses, aggregating the best financial learning content from universities, financial institutions, regulatory consultants and best-selling authors on one platform in accredited learning experiences. With 150,000 monthly active users, Tradimo has won awards for the most innovative financial services product and the best mobile Fintech product.

UNIspotter (Austria) proposes a mobile platform connecting students to the right universities, using technology to aggregate and simplify the university application experience. It helps students find the right degree and university for them, and helps them with the application process. UNIspotter was nominated as best practice in digital education counselling by the Erasmus+ programme.
