On 9th December, the EU Verify team joined the PMO Training Days with a presentation and interactive demo of the My EU Credentials wallet. Participants experienced how digital wallets enable secure, privacy-preserving credential verification for European public services.

The event concluded that understanding the requirements for Once-Only procedures at the mapping of the respective evidence remains the main challenge. The successful onboarding of competent authorities requires a focus on people and processes, rather than technology or legal issues, and that high-level political support is essential to a successful roll-out of the System.
This event brought together the national teams implementing the Once-Only Technical System in recent years, along with representatives from competent authorities. The event featured six interactive workshop tracks, each providing a comprehensive roadmap for onboarding participants while tackling domain-specific needs.
18 EU countries signed and brought together around 180 experts from EU countries and the Commission for a series of roundtables, panel discussions, set-piece presentations, interactive workshops and open discussions on how to implement the Once-Only Technical System and unleash the Single Market’s full potential.
