Each use case manual will outline the user journey, current development status, and the key technical and legal considerations for specific EUDI Wallets use cases. Slovenia’s pioneering digitalisation of delivery of court mail has been in the spotlight since 2018. The so-called “Court Mail Logistics” system based on eDelivery specifications introduced electronic delivery of court documents. The increased savings, speed, and guaranteed integrity of the delivery are just a few of the benefits of the investment, which significantly improved the exchange of court data in Slovenia.
EUDI Wallets Launchpad 2025 was a resounding success, featuring over 250 attendees across 3 days, with 60+ testers from 16 countries. In total, participants engaged in 10 technical talks, 11 Member State wallet demos, and 7 use-case demos, gaining a fascinating look at the impressive development of the EUDI ecosystem.
The European Commission has released 4 implementing regulations in the Official Journal of the European Union, marking the latest step in an ongoing regulatory rollout that began in December 2024. These measures further strengthen the EU framework for qualified trust services and digital trust infrastructure. The newly adopted implementing regulations cover qualified electronic archiving services (QArchiving), qualified electronic ledgers (QELedgers), qualified certificates for website authentication (QWACs), compliance and security requirements for qualified trust service providers (QTSPs).
Finland has successfully gone live with the procedure ‘Applying for a tertiary education study financing’ via the Once-Only Technical System.
Lithuania has successfully launched a service enabling foreign applicants to apply for studies in Lithuanian higher education institutions via the Once-Only Technical System.

Digital Assets Forum 2026, also known as DAF3, returns to London as a leading institutional conference focused on the evolution of digital assets and blockchain enabled finance. The Dutch Research Council NWO has awarded funding to four projects aimed at advancing digital trust through digital identities.
