Anu Harkki: the activist granny empowering all generations to take climate action

“Young people often feel frustrated with older generations as they perceive them to be blocking political climate action,” says Finnish Climate Pact Ambassador Anu Harkki. That’s why, out of a growing concern for her grandchildren’s future, she founded the Activist Grannies network with 11 others. Together, they spread the word about climate change to equip all generations with the knowledge to do something about it.
