Villa Tasca, an 18th-century building surrounded by gardens in Palermo, Italy, has joined the Climate Pact. This privately owned historical villa, which can be hired for events, has committed to eliminating disposable plastic by 2024 and increasing the biodiversity in its large park. It will also support climate and environmental education initiatives, particularly in local schools.
