An international lawyer with over 15 years’ experience, Floriana Cimmarusti now works with Safe Food Advocacy Europe (SAFE) to advocate for sustainable food practices. “Over the years, we have been striving for better food systems that will support consumers to make better choices,” she explains.

Floriana uses her platform as a Climate Pact Ambassador to raise awareness of the impact that food production has the climate and the environment. “Being an Ambassador is about delivering the important messages to the right people. We are delivering our key messages to EU institutions, and calling for the most ambitious targets to be met by 2030.”
