French IT business Capgemini SE joined the Climate Pact with a pledge to reduce its CO2 emissions by 80% by 2030, compared to 2015. The company is also aiming for a 50% cut in emissions from the goods and services it buys, as well as its business travel. In addition, Capgemini will publish climate and environmental data for its investors and customers – good news for anyone looking to avoid greenwashing.
