Social media giant Twitter has joined the Climate Pact with a promise to go net zero by 2050. The company has committed to declare science-based carbon reduction targets this year and switch to renewable energy in all its EU-leased operations. Twitter also aims to encourage companies in its supply chain to adopt best practices for sustainability.
