Applicants have until 10 June to put themselves forward for the best sustainable practices in one of two categories – chefs showcasing the best sustainable restaurant or recipe, and local sustainable initiatives led by chefs. The prizes include €10,000 and the winners will be announced at the final conference of the LIFE Climate Smart Chefs project in autumn 2024.
