On 5 May the EU Elections Nature Walk organised by our Pact Partner Inner Green Deal took participants on a unique journey looking at the links between politics and nature in the lead up to the European elections. To take part, participants visited their favourite local spots in nature and joined an online call to exchange ideas.

The natural backdrop invited participants to step away from conventional debate settings and engage in a more empathetic way. By switching an office or boardroom for a peaceful natural environment, participants were encouraged to feel more open and connected, enhancing understanding and even ‘disagreeing better’. 

With over 60 registrations from 15 countries, the event was a hit, proving there is a strong interest in nature walks and talks.
