From local beach clean-ups to international activism

Using a pair of tights and old plastic bottles, 15-year-old Olivia Mandle, a Climate Pact ambassador from Spain, created an ocean cleaning device – the Jelly Cleaner, then went on to teach other people how to make it and to organise clean-ups. From a local campaign, she moved on to national advocacy, and now she’s committed to spreading the word about the importance of protecting the oceans and taking climate action.
