New call supporting the development of regional Digital Twin Ocean components across European sea basins

The OCEAN 05 call supports the development of regional sea basin components of the European Digital Twin Ocean, integrating data, models and forecasting tools to improve ocean knowledge and decision making. Proposals should enhance interoperability, provide user driven services and strengthen links between observation systems, modelling communities and policy actors. The call contributes to the wider EU ambition to build a comprehensive and accessible digital representation of the ocean, with relevance for all European sea basins, including the Black Sea.
