In February 2021, you received an email inviting you to answer a survey about CEF eDelivery. This survey aims to collect information that will help us improve the quality and usefulness of the services provided by CEF eDelivery.

We send this reminder to encourage all active and prospective CEF eDelivery users to fill in the survey. This is very important as the answers will inform the strategic directions that CEF eDelivery will be taking in the next years in matters such as signature algorithms & supporting certificates, support for standards and technology support by the sample software created by CEF eDelivery (e.g., Domibus). Depending on your particular engagement with eDelivery, you may skip parts of the survey that are not relevant to your case. By filling in the survey, you can ensure that your specific needs and constraints are taken into account in the future evolution of CEF eDelivery.

About CEF and CEF eDelivery:

The eDelivery Building Block of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) promotes the use of the AS4 messaging protocol to create a secure channel for the transmission of documents and data by electronic means, over the internet or via a private network.

CEF eDelivery is a network of nodes for digital communications. It is based on a distributed model where every participant becomes a node using standard transport protocols and security policies. AS4 both provides evidence relating to the handling of the transmitted data as well as protecting it against the risk of loss, theft, damage or any unauthorised alterations.
