AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT - First Turkish Cypriot ‘Halloumi/‘Hellim’ cheese certified Protected Designation of Origin

Today the first Turkish Cypriot ‘Χαλλουμι’ (Halloumi)/‘Hellim’ cheese producer was awarded the protected designation of origin (PDO) certificate under the EU quality scheme.
