AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT - Two new EU CAP network thematic groups for prosperous rural areas

The EU CAP network is launching two new thematic groups contributing to the "prosperous" part of the Rural action plan, on rural youth employment and on forest-dominant municipalities.

If you want to join one of these groups (commitment to attend two on-line meetings), read more and apply by the deadline:

• "Rural youth employment opportunities" (meetings on 9 March and 23 May) - this group will explore mechanisms to support employment of rural young people. Apply by 13th February.
• "Supporting the needs of forest-dominant rural areas and municipalities" (meetings on 16 March and 31 May) - this group will lay the ground work for the creation a network of forest-dominant rural areas and municipalities. Apply by 21 February.
