The ninth annual meeting of the EGTC Platform will take place this year in Palma, Spain, on 27 September 2019, in partnership with EGTC Euroregion Pyrénées-Méditerranée and the Government of the Balearic Islands.

During the event, the participants will discuss the current affairs related to EGTCs, the future of European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) and the ongoing negotiations in the EU Council related to the ETC and the European Cross-Border Mechanism. The participants will also have an opportunity to meet the newly created EGTCs and hear some of the best EGTC practices from around Europe.

Logistics  ​

• Venue: Hotel Gran Meliá Victoria, Avinguda de Joan Miró 21 and Consolat de Mar, carrer de la Llotja 3, Palma, Mallorca , SPain
• Duration of the event: The main event will start at 9:00h and end around 16:30h on 27 September; however, there will be an evening dinner reception organized the night before on 26 September. 
• Proposed arrival: 26 September during the morning / afternoon 
• Participation fee: No participation fee
• Maximum number of participants: 80
• Target group: EGTCs (Registered and those in process of registrations), Euroregions, Cross-border entities, Local and Regional Authorities, Member States, Institutions
• Accommodation: On your own expense. The list of hotels the local organizers propose can be found on the right hand side. 
• Interpretation: French, Spanish, Catalan and English.
