On 11th april 2019, the GTC Eurodistrict PAMINA, in cooperation with the European Committee of the Regions, organised a conference on challenges for border regions trying to close a missing railway link. 

The discussion focused mainly on how to close the funding gap for missing links that are not yet included in the TEN-T.
