Nowadays, human rights are taken for granted. Every day, without realizing it, we take advantage of our rights. Nevertheless, we have to be vigilant: Human rights have to be upheld and protected continuously. The media have a special responsibility to do so.

How do human rights contribute to the „good life” that we lead here, what would be impossible without them? What can we do to safeguard our rights?
