This document analyses the Swedish-Danish cross-border cooperation, that exist for instance through mobility of workers and trade. EU regulation permits to increase cross-border flows and exchanges, but obstacles to full cooperation can remain. Among other things, the document deals with a description of the Oresund Committee and its realisations, such as the Oresund bridge, opened in 1999. National legal regulations of the two countries, for example in the field of social security and healthcare, are described.
