DIH: Examples of possible cooperation strategies

I have uploaded today a short presentation (in any case too long to be used during the next WG1 meeting in Brussels) describing a possible strategy to facilitate cooperation between DIHs. You can find the same presentation by clicking on the link at the beginning of this discussion thread.

To cut a long story short, it describes an approach - that started in 2016  which aims at

- pooling together several EU funded initiatives (each one focused on one or more S3 priorities),

- involving "digital innovation support measures"

- attracting SMEs with concrete support needs

- activate an action plan which aims at solving a need / problem and - at the same time - plan new digital oriented development projects

I don't know if the document will be reviewd before the meeting but - in any case - I am avaiable in Brussels to discuss it with anyone who should be interested in discussing the approach.

Hi Andrea,

Is it possible to get the Flagship Coop Matrix image separate from the presentation? It is very hard to read any of the sections to see what is written.

Hi Cormac,

the "low resolution" version was published on purpose: the public available version will be released by the end of June. The picture aims at showing that there is a cooperation matrix, which will be built on 24 connections, and as soon as the involved partners will swith on the "green light" I will be alowed to make it available.
