The Benelux Ministers of Higher Education approved on January 25th in Brussels a decision extending the principle of automatic recognition of the levels of diplomas and degrees at all levels of higher education in the Benelux countries. This decision complements a decision signed in 2015, which applied to master's and bachelor's degrees. This decision is innovative in the sense that the associate degree and doctorate degrees obtained in a Benelux country will now be immediately recognized as the academical equivalent in another Benelux country. More information in French or Dutch: http://www.benelux.int/fr/nouvelles/les-ministres-de-lenseignement-donnent-le-feu-vert-une-extension-de-la-reconnaissance-mutuelle-de-niveau-des-diplomes-de-lenseig
