On the 11th of December, Brussels-Capital Region and the Benelux Union will examine the concept of interterritorial cooperation in the Benelux and neighbouring regions: working with partners on the other side of a border who are not necessarily immediate neighbors. That's an interesting idea for cities, universities, hospitals wanting to join forces with partners on certain common expertise !
