A working group under the leadership of the Land Baden-Württemberg (Regierungspräsidium Freiburg) elaborated a position paper on small-scale projects . This paper was written together with practitioners who are entrusted with advising and supervising small-scale projects, the official partners of the INTERREG programs Upper Rhine and Lake Constance and the program authorities.

The process brought forth a regulation proposition in German, English and French with some very interesting improvement proposals.
